The logical and intuitive merge.
Yin meets Yang.
Inner & Outer worlds become One.
Lately I've been immersed in a lot of study and practice in all things breathwork; cold-exposure, breathwork for release, breathwork events, articles and small snippets of info and moments of my own training through my stories etc.
What's all the fuss about breathing?
Everyone does it, so what?
For me, it brings balance.
At one end, I'm a Clairvoyant Healer, Artist & Writer, and connecting to Spirit and Source is essential in what I do for myself and others.
My Intuitive Abilities, Creativity and Flow are sharpest when I'm focussed, still and all parts of my being are clear.
Breathwork helps me to climb to higher states of consciousness, stay grounded and maintain those states with less deliberate effort and more presence.
Then at the other end, Breathwork practices help me to conserve my energy and do my day to day activities with more presence, clarity and calm.
On an everyday level, it supports my ability to regulate my emotions, ride the day's rhythms, boost my energy and wind down.
This has been influencing my presence as a Primary School Teacher and Parent too!
Like what ways can I use breathwork with my own and Others' Kids to help them to self-regulate and focus?
Then I discovered Breathwork and its influence on physical training, exercise and fitness. This changed the way I look at my own training and workout.
Breathwork is a gift that keeps on giving.
So today, this post is a bit of anchoring on why breathing matters and a bit of background behind the avalanche of breathing posts as of late.
In life, there's always new mountains to climb, new people to be inspired by and appreciate, new lands to explore and new things that you can learn and appreciate about yourself too.
Taking the time to send my love to each of you today. Those whom I've met briefly, those whom I've chilled with and those who've stuck around or not.
Whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever you are, I love you.
