Decluttering the Home and the Heart

Naturally, we want our lives to be full of peace, joy, and love. In order to do this, we need to free ourselves from the things that worry us, separate us, and disconnect us from ourselves. Recently in meditation, I connected with the Roman goddess Vesta, who would like to share this message about cleaning out the home in the sense of the home of your soul and the home of your body.

“Let the warmth of deep, unconditional love fill your homes at all times. Your homes are sanctuaries, places of peace and retreat from the outside world. Let not the impacts and baggage from everyday life fill these spaces. Whether it be home in your heart and mind, or in the sense of a physical home, it matters not, but please remember the place within that is a place of love. Love permeates and conquers all! Be sure to remember this as you clear out the clutter both internally and externally, reflecting on keeping yourselves and your surroundings only of peace, joy, and bliss. Let the harmony from within you enter and fill all the space around you as you be the warmth itself from your heart’s burning fires to create a life that is passionate and full of love.”
