This week, we are opening with a beautiful quote from one of my heroes, Bruce Lee. It reflects on the concept of
making the most of the lives that we have.
“Live in the here and now, as life is too short for regrets.”
This is something that we hear quite regularly from the Angels and Guides of my clients during our work as a Clairvoyant Healer. One thing that we are noting though, is that it really isn’t just in a healing session that we need to be reminded of this. Think about its application to everyday life. Every moment, every day, is an opportunity to experience and experiment with life. Each day you wake up and it is a new beginning.
In recent mediumship sessions with clients, it hasn’t just been the clients who have had their moments of regret, with things such as “I wish I had visited this person more”, or “I wish I could tell them how I felt one last time”, but moreso the Spirits too. They had been hanging around because of unfinished or unfulfilled moments and had their regrets as they left the Earth, putting it off for a later moment. Think about what you hang onto from your past relationships. Whether it be anger, guilt,
unforgiveness, or what have you, life is about coming from the place of love that you came from and sharing it with the world. Harboring your emotions puts up a wall between you and what you can create in your life with those around you and it doesn't feel good to feel this way now does it?
Each time you are angry with someone, you are simply being angry with yourself. Remembering that each and all of us are one and connected, your monkey-mind may see that there is a valid reason to argue and carry on. This is not the case though, because separating yourself from others separates you from the Love that is within you and all around you.
When you think of it this way, life really is too short to be worrying, complaining, and affirming the things that you actually don’t want in your life. Rather than should, which puts things out in the future to another day, another moment, why not consider the now. I can, and I am.
Many of us go through life with the perception that we are born to grow up, go to school, get a job, find a partner, have kids, retire, and leave the planet of old age or illness. There is nothing wrong with these things, however, these kind of ideals are not always possible for all of us. Prior to our incarnations here on Earth, we have decided when it is time to go. So in saying that, there is no such thing as an untimely departure, but the most important thing, is that you lead and live an inspiring and fulfilling life, through living in the here and now.
Think about what you can look back on as your days pass. Did you fill your days with joy? Or did you find your life boring and uninspiring? You have the choice and you have the power!
Connect with your dreams and the things that make your heart sing. Connect with the people around you. There are many
loving friends and family around you. Connect with yourself. Your experience here on Earth, certainly is a unique one, and my Angels and Guides have told me that there is no place in the entire Universe which is similar or like this planet and physical realm.
Life is a gift, and so is the here and now. As the saying goes, “that is why the now is called the present.” You consciously create everything in your life that you experience. Whether it be your relationships, work, lifestyle, passions, and so
on, cherish the day, seize the moment and celebrate who you are. Be free to create and be free to dream, and embrace all that life has to offer you.
No more excuses, no more putting it off for later. Your bodies call out to you, as do your heart and soul. Treat yourself
in the most loving of ways, knowing that your self-love empowers you to enjoy the love that the world has to offer you. Affirm it, declare it, and know it is yours right now. Celebrate all the beautiful things about yourself, because every moment of your life is
precious!
With love,
